Please send the registration form and the placement test to the office. You will receive an immediate reply and information about the availability of your course level. A corresponding invoice with a due date will follow. Please deposit the course fee on time in order to be entitled to the participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The placement test and registration can be carried out at the IKI Institute. The working hours are Monday to Thursday between 9am and 6pm, and Friday until 4pm. The fee can be paid while enrolling at the office, but no later than the specified payment date, otherwise we may have to use our cancellation policy<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The participation fees may be paid in cash or by card at the registration office, or as a bank transfer without any charges, to the recipient <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Internationales Kulturinstitut Vienna<\/strong> The course books, materials and certificates are included in the course price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In case you are already attending a German course and would like to attend a follow-up course, please register as described above. There is no automatic reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A full refund of the course fee is possible by a cancellation one week prior to the beginning of the course. However, a 30-euro processing fee with any additional bank fees will be charged. <\/p>\n\n\n\n If you have received a confirmation from us in order to\napply for a visa at an Austrian embassy, a cancellation is only possible if IKI\nis informed in writing at the lastest 14 days before the start of the course,\nthat no official visa has been issued. The course fee (minus a processing fee\nof \u20ac100) can only be refunded when a negative and legally binding visa decision\ncan be presented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Should\na certain payment not be possible due to unusual or unforeseen circumstances,\nno course fee will be refunded.
